Wellness Counseling Inc. offered this wonderful destination CE retreat to Peru to mental health providers of all different specialties and backgrounds. This retreat gave therapists the opportunity to learn about Vicarious Trauma and Treating Couples with EMDR. The learning was unique, with many experiential exercises, self-care exercises, and hiking in Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. We had sound healing, energy healing, daily yoga and meditation, and art processing.
