About the Retreat

Join us in Marrakech, Morocco, from September 18–25, 2026, for a one-of-a-kind therapist retreat held in a stunning, all-inclusive riad. You’ll stay for 7 nights in a beautiful and tranquil space where all meals, group experiences, and airport transfers are included—so you can fully focus on rest, connection, and renewal.

This retreat is designed not only to support your learning, but to offer true self-care and inspiration. Alongside your training, you’ll have the chance to explore Moroccan culture, connect with other mental health professionals, and end the experience feeling grounded, expanded, and reset.

What You'll Learn on Our Retreat

This immersive training offers 15 CE credits (NBCC, APA, ASWB, and Cultural Diversity; EMDRIA approval TBD) through workshops that explore mental health and wellness practices in Moroccan culture. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to integrate global perspectives into your own therapeutic work—through both education and lived experience.

Led by Amy Jensen Tuski, Rachel Black, and the Wellness Counseling Inc. team, the retreat includes group workshops, cultural learning experiences, and thoughtful discussions around mental health practices across cultures.

Shared room with CE Attendee

Non-CE Attendee

Discounts & Cancellation Policy

$300 off for past retreat attendees and for those who identify as being from a marginalized group. Early Registration Discount Until March 1, 2026 $200 off (Please note that discounts can’t be combined).

Flights are not included in the costs.

$500 USD Deposit is non-refundable. 50% Refund if Canceled 60+ days before Start of Retreat, 25% Refund if Canceled 30+ days before start of Retreat. No refund if canceled 29 days or less before the retreat. Option to re-schedule your attendance may be provided and considered if balance has been paid in full. If the program must be canceled on the part of Wellness Counseling Inc. for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued. In this case, Wellness Counseling Inc. holds no financial responsibility for changes to airfare and other miscellaneous charges.
