We will be staying at a beautiful villa in Cosco, Peru, with an all-inclusive retreat setting. This retreat provides you the opportunity to learn about “An Ethical exploration of culture and environment in therapeutic practice.” The learning is unique, since there will be many experiential exercises that will promote your self-care as well. You will certainly go back home GLOWing after attending this program, and have the opportunity to do this in a beautiful destination in Peru.
Wellness Counseling Inc. is excited to offer this retreat to mental health providers wanting to gain wisdom and practice self-care. In this retreat, you can expect to have workshops on vicarious trauma (assessment, management, prevention, and treatment), experience Pottery Making Class daily, learn the mental health benefits of this, Daily Yoga and meditation, experiences out in nature, workshops on burnout management and self-care.
