Kate Fish, LMFT, PMH-C is a licensed marriage and family therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, professional mediator, and the founder of Graceful Therapy — a 35-clinician, two-location behavioral health group practice in the Chicago suburbs. She also leads Kate Fish Consulting, LLC, through which she offers training, workshops, and consultation to clinicians and practice leaders nationwide.
Kate is known for building organizations where values are not aspirational wall hangings but living standards — embedded in hiring, supervision, clinical design, and every layer of organizational culture. She speaks regularly at regional and national conferences on topics including liberation-oriented care, clinical leadership, and ACT-based practice development.
She is passionate about equipping clinician-leaders to build practices that are not only financially sustainable, but also behaviorally congruent with what they say they believe.
