Denielle Rigoglioso-Lambert is a Licensed Professional Counselor, business coach, international speaker, retreat host, and founder of the 9-Thrive Private Practice Accelerator, where she helps therapists build profitable, sustainable private practices without recreating burnout. With a background in both executive leadership and private practice ownership, she previously built and managed two multi-million dollar mental health agencies while leading more than 150 staff members across the state of Virginia.
After experiencing the burnout and pressure so common in the mental health field firsthand, Denielle built a thriving private practice rooted in sustainability, freedom, and aligned growth, scaling to consistent $10K months in under 90 days without recreating the exhaustion of agency culture. She now helps therapists across the country build ethical, profitable, freedom-designed private practices through strategic business growth, marketing, systems, and mindset.
Through her 9-Thrive coaching programs, trainings, speaking events, and private practice retreats, Denielle challenges the long-standing belief that therapists must be overworked and underpaid to be passionate or successful. Her work empowers clinicians to build sustainable private practices, increase their income, reconnect with the passion that brought them into the field, and create lives they actually have the capacity to enjoy.
When she is not coaching therapists or speaking at events, Denielle can usually be found near the ocean with saltwater in her hair, spending time surfing, traveling, and making memories with her family. The beach has always been a place of peace, freedom, and inspiration for her, and that same philosophy is deeply woven into the work she does with therapists today.
