Alex Sandev is the co-founder of HiveSourced, where he helps therapists and group practices grow sustainable, profitable businesses through strategically designed websites, SEO, and digital marketing systems.
With a strong focus on conversion-driven design and client psychology, Alex has worked with dozens of therapy practices to turn their online presence into consistent sources of high-quality client inquiries. His approach blends technical execution with a deep understanding of how therapists think, what holds them back, and what actually motivates potential clients to reach out.
Through his work, Alex has helped generate thousands of inquiries and significant revenue growth for practices by combining high-converting websites, organic marketing, and automated systems that reduce administrative workload and increase client flow.
He’s known for cutting through the noise in the marketing space and focusing on what actually works, helping therapists move away from inconsistent referrals and into predictable, scalable growth.
Alex began his career in 2021 as a freelance web designer, quickly realizing that great design alone wasn’t enough. What mattered was how a website performed, how it guided visitors, built trust, and ultimately converted them into clients. After working with his first therapy practice, he saw the real-world impact a strong online presence could have, and chose to specialize exclusively in helping therapists grow.
Today, he continues to refine systems that simplify growth for practices, using automation and emerging AI tools to reduce manual work and create more efficient, scalable marketing processes.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, having lived in three different countries. He’s also a big food enthusiast, regularly trying new restaurants, and stays active through the gym and soccer, all while being outnumbered at home by his three slightly chaotic cats.
