Hello! I’m Despoina, the founder of YLIN Health Coaching, and I’m absolutely honoured and excited to be joining Arilda on one of her beautiful therapist retreats.

This retreat is especially close to my heart as it will take place in Greece — the place I call home.
At YLIN, I help clients reconnect with their most resourceful, balanced selves through holistic health and life coaching.

Lately, I’ve been focusing on helping people restore clarity, focus, and attention — something so many of us struggle with in today’s screen-dominated world.

During the retreat, I’ll be offering both one-to-one and group coaching sessions, creating space for deep connection, reflection, and real transformation.
