Katelyn Martins, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Arrow Behavioral Health, a multi-state group practice that she has grown over the past five years into a team of 35 clinicians and 6 nurse practitioners. Under her leadership, the practice has expanded with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, accessible mental health care while maintaining sustainable systems for growth.
In addition to her clinical and leadership work, Katelyn serves as an adjunct professor at Rhode Island College. She is also a consultant for private practice owners, supporting clinicians in building, scaling, and strengthening their practices at Compassionate Consulting Company.
Katelyn brings a practical, real-world perspective to her work, with a passion for helping providers create impactful, and sustainable mental health services.
