I specialize in EMDR therapy and am currently an EMDR Consultant-in-Training. My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals coping with PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and other mental health challenges. I have advanced training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and a strong background in working with both individuals who have experienced traumatic births and the professionals—such as birth workers and medical providers—who support them.
With experience attending over 30 births as a birth doula, I bring a deep understanding of the birthing process from both the parent and provider perspectives. I am passionate about helping people move through personal challenges and attachment-related blocks, and I especially enjoy working with women during pregnancy and the early parenting years. I’ve also supported many mothers navigating addiction and have a background in forensic psychology, including work with women during and after incarceration.
